Easy 30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Physique The Label pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to make returns as simple as possible.

We offer easy 30-day returns from the date your order is delivered.

Whether you need a different size or would like to return an eligible item, we'll help make the process quick and straightforward.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• Be free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, perfume or any other signs of wear.

Please try your garments on carefully before wearing them.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

We know finding your perfect fit online isn't always easy, so we're happy to offer exchanges for eligible items (subject to stock availability).

For exchanges:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us.
• We'll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you within Australia.

If your requested size is unavailable, we'll contact you to discuss the available options.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the transaction.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items to Physique The Label.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law:

• Final Sale items
• Gift Cards
• Socks
• Underwear or intimate apparel
• Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you believe you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email us at hello@ptl-store.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item

We'll assess your claim promptly and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, simply contact our Customer Care team via our Contact page or email hello@ptl-store.com with your order number.

Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with instructions for sending your item back to us.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If a product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Policy Updates

Physique The Label may update this Returns & Refunds Policy from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
